Ashraf has got Star Marks in Secondary School Certificate Exam, from Science discipline. He earned First Division in his Higher School Certificate exam. from the same discipline by 1998.

After finishing his higher secondary, Ashraf became more interested to learn about the current trend of Information Technology, which encouraged him to write technical articles on local news papers. After an interval of time he was encouraged to study in Computer Science. He got admitted by September 1999, in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, of American International University – Bangladesh (http://www.aiub.edu).

When Ashraf was an undergraduate student in Computer Science, among several courses related to computer & information technology, he tried to enrich his knowledge in each courses as better as possible. But through various courses, related to Computer and Information Technology, he has found himself to be mostly interested on Object Oriented Technology & Enterprise Architecture.

By the year of 2002, due to his academic performance in his department, he was awarded as Teaching Assistant there, which is rare honor for the students of the same university. During the engagement at this position, he had helped & provided supports to the Course Teachers of Programming and Software Application Courses.

Beside teaching and study, in the under graduate level, he was also interested to improve his technical knowledge in much practical way, with the basis of his theoretical knowledge gained from his under graduate study. Ashraf had worked for several software projects, being self-employed or a part-timer, from January 2002 to December 2003.

He has earned his Bachelor in Science in Computer Science, by December 2003, with having 3.62 CGPA (out of 4.0).
